Automatic Filling Machine

Our filling machines are divided into 4 main groups as 2-4-6-8 nozzles by using servo motor technology. We have machines that can fill 1.500 to 3.500 products per hour in line with the capacity and customer demand. Liquid and semi-liquid products can be filled with our filling machines.

Automatic Capping Machine

It is divided into two groups as semi-automatic and fully automatic capping machines. It can perform all kinds of cover closing operations by making customizations according to the products. Different aluminum, plastic, metal screw caps can be closed.

Automatic Labeling Machines

It is used to stick labels on both sides of round and square bottles of different sizes with automatic labeling machines.

Semi-Automatic Filling Machine

Manual and Automatic CIP Systems

These are the systems established to facilitate the cleaning of the filling machines in order to eliminate the product accumulations and impurities formed in the machine or on the line and to eliminate the amount of bacteria. CIP (Cleaning In Place) process is applied. It can be designed manually or automatically.
